♦ HOW LONG WILL THE BETA READING AND/OR PROOF READING TAKE?
Pro Beta Reader will send you the critique report and/or your proofed manuscript within 7-21 days, once payment has been finalised, based on individual manuscripts.
For Beta Read and Proof Reading options on a duology, trilogy or series, the critique report will be completed within 21-30 days, once payment has been finalised.
(The completion time frame of 21-30 days is dependent on the total word count of your series – please email for a time frame estimate if the word count of your series is significantly high).
Day 1 is considered to be the day after the date on which payment is completed.
♦ HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT FOR MY SELECTED BETA READ PACKAGE?
Once your manuscript has been received, and the exact word count has been determined, an invoice will be sent to your email address, via the PAYPAL invoicing service. Payment is made through the PAYPAL website, using your existing PAYPAL account, or a credit card. The use of the PAYPAL invoicing service gives you the backing and security of the PAYPAL brand, with no need to release your personal banking details to Pro Beta Reader.
PAYPAL IS THE ONLY METHOD OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED.
NO DIRECT MONETARY TRANSACTIONS ARE ACCEPTED BETWEEN THE CLIENT AND PRO BETA READER.
THE BETA READ WILL COMMENCE ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN FINALISED.

Upon receipt of your manuscript, Pro Beta Reader will send you a “Terms of Service” document, in which Pro Beta Reader agrees to never sell, release, use, promote, steal, reproduce, publish, or share your work in any way or form.
After the critique report is sent to you, your manuscript is kept on file for a period of one month for referencing purposes, in case you have any follow-up questions, or would like feedback on any ideas or revision. After a period of one month the manuscript will be deleted completely from all sources.

Please keep in mind that as all manuscripts are obviously different, each critique report is also different. Some manuscripts contain a significant amount of grammatical/spelling errors, and the amount of “Track Changes” corrections and comments will reflect this. Other manuscripts may contain few grammatical/spelling errors, but the author may present an extensive list of concerns/questions which the critique report will answer in detail. Many other authors list only a few questions/concerns, but the critique report may address many concerns within the Broad Issues section.

Therefore, each and every critique report is different, and varies in terms of length, and focus.
